The cylinder is made of durable high-strength alloy steel, including a heavy-duty return spring, and has a baked enamel coating on the surface. All Enerpac cylinder models include CR-400 couplings and dust covers, and the cylinder life can be extended by using plunger scraper rings, which can reduce internal pollution. Enerpac cylinders are designed for use in any position. The shoe mouth, plunger threads, and base mounting holes (available in most models) make it easy to secure the cylinder in place. Spare saddles are also provided (e.g. 283-0954 for 10T enerpac units). ###Note cylinder rc50 (stock number). 283-0780) has a non removable groove saddle and no circular threads. The plunger is chrome plated to prevent wear and rust. The port connection on all cylinders is 3/8-18NPT, equipped with a female high flow coupler. The enerpac cylinder is designed for ANSI b30.1 and has a maximum working pressure of 700 bar.9392 -
